Blue tones (from azure to deep navy) work well on blue eyes and make them pop out more.
This sexy blue smokey eye makeup will give you a mysterious look, especially if you're a blonde hottie.

For the makeup base prep your face with primer.
Primer is a base that is applied under your makeup to assure longer lasting makeup and smooth coverage.
Then apply your foundation as you normally would to even out skin tone and cover any blemishes you may have.

Apply a shimmering blue eye shadow beginning at the base of your lash line and work your way up to just past the crease in your eyelid blending carefully to avoid visible lines.

Follow up with a beige shimmering shadow right under the eyebrows and blend it well with the blue shadow.

Mark the bottom lash line with a metallic grey eyeliner. Next apply two coats of mascara or a set of false eyelashes.

For the cheeks just a touch of a natural peachy blush will do the job; and for the lips, a drop of your favorite nude lipgloss.
